Just few steps from Wenceslas Square you will find traditional Czech restaurant U Pinkasu, where one of the first beers of Pilsner Prazdroj was served at 1843. Until today, restaurant offers first class traditionally drawn beer, the so-called “hladinka”(flat-head beer) and Old Czech meal specialties prepared based on Old-Bohemian recipes coming back from 19th century. Restaurant is placed in five stylish halls on three floors, during summer months you can take a seat at restaurant terrace and a garden area near the Church of Our Lady of the Snow as well. Premises of restaurant are: Pinkas Cellar (60 guests) on the ground floor, the Lower House (35 seats), Upper House with Brabec Lounge (70 guests), Home (50 guests) located on first floor and Vavrinec Kitchen (40 guests). The reason why people return here? - It is one of the best drawn beers in Prague, delicious meals, warm atmosphere and pleasant interiors.
