La Degustation Boheme Bourgeoise you can find in a very picturesque street of Prague Old Town, just in the heart of Prague buzz, but still in a very relaxing environment. The team of chefs and specialists led by Oldrich Sahajdak prepares two tasting menus with a total of seven different courses accompanied with seven amuse-bouche. The menus unite the flavors and tastes of contemporary molecular cuisine and refined dishes from non-traditional Czech culinary art as it were practiced back at the end of the 19^th century. The sommeliers set up daily a wine menu well-matched with single courses.
