Our restaurant, seating up to 160 people in mill style, offers our guests the choice of sitting inside near the warm fire or outside in the fresh air on the terrace directly above the Vltava River above the mill run, also seating 100 people. Before entering the Mill kitchens, we recommend ripening your taste buds on a tasty appetiser or miller's wife's soup. Only then can you truly enjoy our mill specialities such as those from the mill run, from our courtyard, or from the stables and pastures. And to finish, we highly recommend a sweet delicacy from the Miller's mother or grandmother. To accompany our specialities we also offer an excellent quantity of quality wines from Czech and Moravian vineyards as well as 5 types of Czech beer: Gambrinus, Pilsner Urquell, Budvar, and Eggenberg blonde or dark.
