Brasileiro Slovansky dum is another successful restaurant under the flagship of Ambiente group, located directly in the city center on pedestrian zone few minutes from Wenceslas Square. Concept of the restaurant follows the original Brazilian churrasco rodizio. Churrasco is a method of cooking meat, especially beef, on a skewer in a special grill. Rodizio is the way in which the meat is served. "Passadores de carne“(sympathetic originally Portuguese speaking staff) slices the meat off the skewers directly onto your plate.
