The Astoria complex is having very attractive location, opposite to Mill Colonnade. It consists of five interconnected buildings that have recently undergone very extensive refurbishment. Latest built facility is the balnoe centre with a mineral water spring, pool and wide range of the spa procedures, used for medical and relaxation purposes. Part of the complex is also the Wolker dependence, located about 200m and it is close to the Vridelni and Trzni colonnades. Meals and treatments are provided centrally at hotel Astoria. Astoria hotel offers accommodation in 2 categories – category I. and category I.A. The only difference between these categories is the room orientation; rooms of I.A. category are facing the colonnade, while category I. rooms are facing the Ondrejska street. The Wolker dependence is offering then another 44 rooms/66 beds in three room types – single rooms, twin rooms with shared amenities and suites that are consisting from a living room and a bedroom. All rooms are furnished with classic modern furniture, satellite TV, fridge, phone and a radio. Bathrooms are equipped with shower or bath tub and toiletries. Free Wi-Fi connection is available in the common areas of Astoria and Wolker. The whole complex is strictly non-smoking.
Hotel Astoria is providing very wide range of spa services in its own facility including: medical baths, dental irrigations with mineral water, gas injections, pneumatic acupuncture, traditional or reflexive and underwater massages, dry carbon baths, paraffin wrap, lymphatic drainage, rehabilitation pool with a sauna and Scottish showers, therapeutic physical training, wide range of electrical therapies, inhalations and others. Among the widely used therapeutic methods include charged oxygen therapy, gerovital therapy, floating and wellness massages. The dietary meals are prepared under the control of a nutritional therapist. Catering is provided within the central Astoria complex in three interconnected dining rooms overlooking the colonnade with a capacity of 154 seats.
