True to its name, the Central Spa is located in the centre of Mariánské Lázně, in the middle of a park, close to the promenade and the mineral springs. Hotel has 108 rooms of superior and superior plus categories, 49 rooms of superior category in the hotel Villa Neapol /an annex/ of which there are 14 suites rooms. All rooms have shower, WC and they offer a beautiful view of the town. Spa treatment under qualified medical supervision is provided directly in the hotel. Emperium Beauty – new beauty centre opened from July 2007.
More rooms are available in an adjacent building called Neapol. The Neapol spa house is located right in the centre of the spa district, only a few steps from the colonnade. It has 64 beds in single and double rooms. There is also a suite and a room for disabled guests. Each room has a shower, WC, telephone, minibar and satellite TV. Buffet breakfast is served in the Neapol, other meals as well as spa treatments are provided in the Centrální lázně (Central Spa House), only 150 metres away.
